I had you send me a replacement Xbox one and I sent it back as I did not need it now I have proof showing its been sent to your facility over a month ago and you take 535.05 without first verify with your returns department. It now has been over 21
days and has not been resolved. I have spoken with 7 different reps all telling me they would email me to keep me up to date never received any email and I know just recently got an email from your advocacy team that they are just now looking into this. This
is not acceptable I am sorry but I don’t make the big bucks so this has cause me to get late fee's because I could not afford all bills and not I am in debt because of your fault of someone misplacing the console I returned and I get penalized for it. I have
been a Microsoft user for over 10 years and this is the worst support I have ever received from anyone.

    WHY?

    :)

MICRO ANNIVERSARY ENGLAND its is true????

    This is NOT true.

This is spam/scam mail that is the beginning of an
    advance fee scam
    .

Do NOT reply to this mail.

In the best case scenario, by replying to that mail, you confirm to those spammers that you actually read their spam, and that your email is working. Which will result in more spam in your mail.

In the worst case, when you follow up to their spam, they will eventually have you transfer some money in advance to them in order for them to transfer you that "cash prize", but never will.

So do NOT fall for this. There is no Microsoft Lottery.

When you shipped your defective Xbox One you should have gotten a receipt with a link and tracking number you can use to track it. Have you done this yet? FedEx (or whatever system you used to mail it) would be responsible for ensuring the package was
shipped to MS's facility in TX. There was the disclaimer Xbox Customer Support would have given you that said if the defective Xbox wasn't received by a certain date of the new one arriving, your credit/debit card would be charged for the $500.00 (originally
    a holding charge).

    Please advise.

    Cheers

It is an authorization that they hold on your card. It should show as a pending charge and not a posted charge (unless you have a debit card and not an actual credit card.) But like Force said, you should have gotten a tracking number. So use that to
    figure out where it's at.

You are not alone in this problem. I have had the exact same experience and judging from the forums many people have. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. I would suggest writing to Microsoft execs. Who knows if it will ever reach
them but as a consumer you don't have many options. Not sure what country you are from but if you go to Microsoft website from your respective country you can visit the 'about' section and get their names.

Every single person I talk to makes me repeat all my information and basically lies to me saying someone will contact me. When someone finally did they managed to leave a message without actually calling. Very sneaky. Then they didn't leave a call back number
but said I could communicate via email with them. That person never emailed me like they said they did. Only another 'no reply' email from Microsoft.

There is something very weird going on with this company right now. It's not like it used to be. There must be management issues & under staffing in customer service. Either way it is tainting their reputation in a big way which is not good for them. The
only reason they made it through the 'red ring' days is because they replaced people's hardware quickly and without question. That's the ONLY reason they got through that. They do not seem prepared this time around.

  7. It has been returned to their office in Texas and shows that it was signed by someone in their facility I have provided them this tracking number. I have emailed them 3 times called them over 7 times. I already confirmed with three techs as well that the
tracking information is accurate now I have to wait for their lazy butts to find out which one of their employee's stole that Xbox as they are unable to locate it.

The thing that bothers me the most is I proved on my part that it was sent and received at their facility but yet the take 535 out of my account when they are at fault. Just very horrible services I spoke to a lawyer about this and she asked me to try and
reach out to this Ursula tech from the Advocacy Team and if she fails to respond or update me by Monday then she asked me to come back and talk to her about proceeding with legal action of theft.
