Microsoft Activision Ban Appeal Getting Changed?

First of all, I know, I'm scum, but just hear me out. So, about a year ago, I made a stupid mistake and hacked on Warzone. When I got banned shortly after launching the hacks, I instantly regretted it, and was willing to serve up to a year in ban time, (I did not make it out of the lobby, I got instantly banned, nobody was harmed luckily). It was my first offense, I had no prior toxic behavior, and I got permanently banned on a first offense. I went to go appeal, and Activision said that permanent bans were non-reversible. This made no sense to me because I did not make any new accounts, and I have lots of hours on Modern Warfare and Warzone, even sinking money into it. I was just wondering if Microsoft might let me appeal, after the buyout so that I could play Warzone with my friends again. I don't know what Microsoft's ban policies are, but I think that there should at least be a warning, or a day ban to begin with or something, because I'm not like every other hacker, I don't want to make a new account and just hack again, I want to play on my account, with my stats, and even if I get everything reset, I still get to play on my account, which is all that matters.

My activision account was hacked last night. I’ve now been permanently banned for life on cod. I appealed it and they still said no. I’ve put up with hackers for years so it’s feck annoying I’ve been banned due to a hacker.

I play on Xbox but the hacker used PC and hacked my account via battle net.

Does this mean I will need to create a new Xbox gamer account and an activision ID to get back on? My current gamer tag is linked to the banned account 😒

Activision Support is really the worst.

The ban appeal page shows no ban

But in game I am unable to play "Permanent Ban"

Blizzard says we cant help you

No clue. Unfortunately, as I noted, Activision support are the only ones who can do anything about it as they are the publishers of the game

Not trying to sound rude about you getting banned but at least you didn't get banned for doing nothing wrong I went to play cold war after a month of no internet and was banned made an appeal and was denied and was told I was cheating no other info but I know I wasn't since I played the day before losing internet and worked just fine got off after trying the new zombies outbreak survival mode and then a month later was banned

1. No enforcements on my Activision ID "Khaksar3G2K22#5476448"

2. Battletag "Khaksar3G#2994" has an enforcement on launching the game

3. Seek assistance from Blizzard

Blizzard reply:

1. You are banned for 72 hours on support ticketing and appealing our verdict. What a joke.

2. They cant face the truth.

Useless support by Blizzard so far.
