Microsoft Acct Hacked Password Changed

I have seen a couple of these posts but this is slightly different. Long story short:

- Microsoft account was hacked

- Hacker changed Email and Pass

- Xbox showed the new email

- Was able to recover the account with previous CC purchase and new email

- Accessed account and reset password. WIN

Current Problem:

Microsoft won't let us change the email again, it throws an error saying it will not change it for 30 days. Hacker has email account access and therefore can perform a password reset. Thus enabling them to take the account back.

How can we get the password changed immediately?

Sorry to say buddy but actually is not possible to speed up the recovering process.
Is necessary yes or yes that you wait the 30 days stated by the Microsoft account recovery team

Its also brilliant that i'll need to rebuy minecraft again just to play it. Like every microsoft email that has been sent to the hacked accts email have disappeared and was never notified if to accept any of the changes as well.

the pin it needs is your pcs password not the acct password if your using the acct password as the pin
