    Hello,

    I somehow ended up with two Microsoft accounts. The one associated with my gamer profile on Xbox is an email I no longer have access to. So when I purchased my laptop I created a new account with my current email. This often times leads to confusion with purchases and what not.

    Is there a way to combine said accounts? Or rather merge the old account into the new account without losing everything?

    Why not buy a subscription from 1 of the websites ?

    I know you were wanting to use your microsoft balance but you can get a 12 month sub for like £25 or you could the other day.

    Be cheaper too.
