    Hello! I recently got my e-mail accessed by unknown people. They've changed my e-mail password and I have no way to recover it. They have not changed my Microsoft account's password though, so I am still able to access it. I can provide you my necessary information including my date of birth, my account creation date and photo proof of me being logged in to the website. I did not however have my Transaction ID saved and will sadly not be able to provide it. I would really appreciate if you could change the e-mail to because my parents paid for this game, thank you!

    Why not buy a subscription from 1 of the websites ?

    I know you were wanting to use your microsoft balance but you can get a 12 month sub for like £25 or you could the other day.

    Be cheaper too.
