    Hi I’m Syris, So I had went away for a bit to boot camp and when I came back my Microsoft account no longer exist, now while I was gone my brother downloaded a virus on my computer and it was hacked but after I resolved that about two days later it said this about my account and the games I bought had been refunded but I never got the money and after two hours of trying to make an account with the same email my old one had it didn’t let me sign in until just now how does this work Becuase I never got any refund and have only been inactive for maybe about two weeks.

    Why not buy a subscription from 1 of the websites ?

    I know you were wanting to use your microsoft balance but you can get a 12 month sub for like £25 or you could the other day.

    Be cheaper too.
