    I have a separate Microsoft account that I use with my Xbox the email for it is obsolete and I am trying to retrieve the account I have purchased many games on this profile and have already attempted reseting the password many times but since I have no access to the email I cannot reset it. I know all the information on the account yet it keeps denying me even when I enter the phone number that my Xbox has listed as my reset number it still denies me I’ve even entered the payment information multiple times. I would really like to gain access to my account

    Why not buy a subscription from 1 of the websites ?

    I know you were wanting to use your microsoft balance but you can get a 12 month sub for like £25 or you could the other day.

    Be cheaper too.
