Hi, I have come in contact with microsoft support and xbox support multiple times. I have been having these issues where my microsoft account gets locked randomly throughout the day. I have no idea
why this is happening, I have tried everything that was suggested to me. No matter who I came in contact with they never helped or never responded to me. When it tells me to unlock me account i put in a phone number and get a code, i input a code and my account
gets lock again for a few hours or minutes. i have been going through this for 7 days now. I hope the community can help me.

the form recovery process is not immediate and requires waiting for microsoft evaluation, and is the safest way to get the account back.

Why not buy a subscription from 1 of the websites ?

I know you were wanting to use your microsoft balance but you can get a 12 month sub for like £25 or you could the other day.

Be cheaper too.
