Microsoft account won’t link to PS4 Minecraft

I’ve been trying to log into my Microsoft account but for some reason it won’t let me because “I already had an account previously connected.” I’ve never had an account connected to it so I’m confused why it won’t let me connect it.

I understand this, however I know that I have not linked this microsoft account and this minecraft account to the PlayStation network. The message it sent, therefore, doesn't make any sense. Could you please help?

This message appears when you have already linked an account to that PSN account or to the Microsoft account that you are currently trying to link, each PSN and Microsoft accounts can only be linked once, you won't be able to use them with a different account than the one you linked first

Hello, In order to fix this, you'll need to find the Microsoft account that you used the first time on Minecraft for PS4, it does not matter if you create a new Microsoft account because is the PS4 account the one that's linked to a specific Microsoft
account. If you don't remember which Microsoft account you used, you can go to Mojang support for them to check what's the Microsoft account that's linked to your PS4 account for Minecraft.

Download XBOX app on your phone and create a gamer tag with your linked MicroSoft account.

I am having the same exact problem. The thing is it won’t even let me like re sign in or anything. Did you ever get this figured out?
