Microsoft account troubles

I recently had my Microsoft account hacked into and being held hostage. I have tried several times to contact someone that can help me with recovering my account with no luck. Is there any way to contact a support member that isn’t a computer that can try and help me resolve my issues?

Hey aidan, Since you're able to sign in on the website I suggest that you try the following:

Go to http://account.live.com and sign in
Click on Security info on the left
Turn off two-step verification

This should make you able to sign back in on the Xbox 360 Console. Regards, SamxBroski

Try to contact the support through: Xbox Support

If you encounter any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting Microsoft Virtual Agent

Then just type in “agent” and select the issue.

Select either of the option “Call me back” or “chat”

Sounds like a billing suspension. You have a card or payment option on file that had a subscription auto renewing to it. The card declined the charge which placed you into a billing suspension. Simply call xbox billing support 866-611-6188 as they are the
only ones that can fix this or have access to the tools to fix it. They will also be able to provide more information as they will see your billing statement as well. Call them and they will help you as long as you can access your proofs setup on that account.

Hey there,

What I suggest (Your choice if you wish to follow it) is:

Visit the EA Website, And login to each account you believe you have, Once you are logged in, Go to "My Account: About Me", In there, there's a "Connected Accounts" section, This will tell you whether that EA account is or is not linked to your Microsoft/Xbox
Live account.

It may be a lot of hassle, but hopefully this should help.

If you have forgotten EA passwords (Etc.) Then you can reset them on their website too.

Are you 18 or older? If not, then you’ll have to wait. You cannot change the age on your account, at least not that I’m aware of.

If you are 18 and the console doesn’t recognize it then remove your profile and then add it again.
