    Hi, so I've been trying to enable cross platform on my ps4 to play with a friend who has xbox. I typed in the code yada yada yada and it said my ps4 account and Microsoft account are now connected. However every single time I click to connect them before
    playing it says something went wrong and it just doesn't work? I've redone it multiple times now, typed in the code and it said it was successful but it still doesnt work. I just wanted to play some minecraft

    Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.
