Microsoft account sign in problem

I can sign into any Microsoft account anywhere on my device. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing as I would like to play Minecraft but I can't. I have tried dozens of things from another question I posted about this and from other people's questions but nothing worked. Whenever I try to sign in with a Microsoft account anywhere on my computer this shows up and after a few minutes the ' Just a moment...' disappears and the page is blank. I have had this problem since I got my computer and would like it resolved.

Hello again, Windows has the option to remove or keep your personal files, however even if you choose the option not to remove I advise you to perform a backup of your personal files in case the system reset fails, or accidentally deletes any data.

Hello Georges, thank you for replying to my question. Yes I have Windows 11 version 21H2. I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox and Microsoft website its just the apps I have trouble signing in to.

have you ever tried logging in with your account through the Xbox website to see if you enter normally, and if the issue is isolated only in apps?

After this, check if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11.

Updates often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update and then make all subsequent security updates.

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Hello Georges, I have completed the SFC and CHKDSK scans and I got messages both times saying the corrupted files have been fixed yet the problem still persists. I also would like to know how to reinstall the system and if it will remove any of my personal files. Also I would like to add that when I try to install Minecraft through the launcher this message appears: Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001
