Microsoft Account Sign in Problem on Xbox 360

I can't sign into Xbox Live anymore on my Xbox 360 because my Xbox keeps prompting me to use my associated email account and Microsoft password. Even when I enter the information correctly, I can't sign in. I have turned off Two-Step Verification on my Microsoft
account, but I am still prompted for my associated email and Microsoft password. I just want to be able to sign into Xbox Live, without the Microsoft account password or associated email I use.

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?

WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

To enter a pre-paid Microsoft Points code by using the Xbox 360 Guide main menu, follow these steps:
Press the Xbox 360 Guide button, and then go to the Marketplace area.
Select Redeem Code.
Enter the 25-character pre-paid code.
To enter a Microsoft Points code by using the Add Points Wizard, follow these steps:
To access the Add Points Wizard, press the X button while you view any content description screen within the Game Marketplace or Video Marketplace areas or while you view the Memberships section in the Account Management area.
Select Redeem Prepaid Card.

Sorry to hear about the sign in error. Are you receiving an error message after you enter in your email account and password? In order to get this issue sorted, I would like to recommend a few troubleshooting steps.

Please give the following steps a try:

Verify that there are no Xbox Live service alerts.

Check to ensure that your account information is correct on accounts.live.com.

Clear Your System Cache 3 times.

Power off your console and wait 5 minutes.

Power on your console and try to sign in to Xbox Live.

Please let us know if you are still unable to sign in after trying the suggested steps.

Eventually, I had to reset all of my Microsoft security proofs and passwords and was able to sign in as usual. I appreciate the assistance.

I keep trying to sign into Xbox live and it says I can't and to test the connection. The connection is fine and works for everything else in my house. When it finally connects it doesn't let me download my profile which I don't get how my profile was erased
from my Xbox to begin with. This is so inconvenient because I cant even play any of my games if I want to because they're all attached to my profile. So pretty much my Xbox is useless right now. I think we should receive some type of compensation for this.

Answer 1: Sign into Xbox One using the same Microsoft account he uses on Xbox 360. To find the info on it, go to Settings -> Account on the Xbox 360. The Microsoft account will be an e-mail address and a password.
