Microsoft account sign in on Nintendo Switch

I loaded up Minecraft on my switch to play on my realm before work today and it asked me to sign in to my Microsoft account so I clicked the button and it logged in, another window popped up which appears a lot asking if I wanted to bind my bought items
from the marketplace onto my Microsoft account which I did as always, this time the game crashed after this and now it keeps saying that it failed to automatically log me into my Microsoft account. After trying to login it asked me to use the remote connection
which when I use just stays open on my switch not responding.

If I force close this window on the switch it appears that I am logged in. However, when I go on to the marketplace only 4 items are there and not the texture packs I bought or my 1000+ mine coins. The realm, on the other hand, is still up and running and
it allows me to extend the subscription if I would like to. I'm just confused as to why it keeps asking me to log in and why my items and coins are all missing.

We understand that you're having trouble connecting your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch. It sounds like you may have accidentally clicked on the Xbox sign-in page instead of the Nintendo Switch sign-in page.

To connect your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch, please follow these steps:

1. On your Nintendo Switch, go to System Settings > Users > Add User.

2. Create a new user account and select "Sign in using a Microsoft account."

3. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Microsoft account and link it to your Nintendo Switch.

Try signing out of your microsoft account and signing back in on your nintendo switch.

An extra little bit, all the texture packs that are missing are now in my suggested/get more packs section.
