    Microsoft account says £25


    My daughter redeemed £25 Xbox gift card on Christmas day and it is showing in her account as Microsoft points. However, when we try to buy £15.99 of Fifa points it says she only has £15 available. Why would this be? Can somebody help us please?

    in having the same problem and I have 25 NZD on my microsoft account and credit card it only says it on Xbox 360 games though

    Sorry after lots of investigating I've realised that we somehow have two profiles set up on the same xbox and she has somehow managed to pay into the wrong account. Is there anything we can do - is there any way to transfer the points to her main account?


    Or any suggestions on what we can do? She is desperate to use the money for FIFA 15.

    The only suggestion I can offer is that you call Xbox LIVE support. The UK number is 0800 587 1102. I do not know if what you are asking is possible though.

    Soni did its the greewn cards that you have to put on eppic not the one with 25 digit on it. And well i look at ky microsoft account transactioms amd it says i used them but when i checked his account on fortnite he no vbucks

    Will it still be able to stream movies and TV after 25 years?

    As long as both Microsoft and Xbox are still around in 25 years then I would say they should still be able to stream media, but there is no guarantee.

    I've claimed the block and put in the 25 digit code. Under order history it says complete but no rewards in the visiphone. When I go back to my Microsoft account to try to resubmit it will not allow me. Simply says the code has been redeemed... very well,
    but why are the rewards not in my visiphone? Any help?
