Microsoft account replaced/bugged?

Called Microsoft. Am taking the console and games back to EB and having it replaced, I don't think there is a fix for this. just have to be replaced. Annoying I know but there it is. Best I can do guys. I hope nobody has the same issue. Hopefully microsoft
fixes this bug.

Hi Mateus, thanks but that looks more like a place to suggest new ideas, what's a proper place to reports bugs? Do I have to reach to Microsoft support directly to report a bug/regression? The new model of adapter (2018, model 1790) was presented as a replacement of the old one (2015, model 1713) by Microsoft. Both models even have exactly the same product code (6HN-00003) in the region where I bought them and the new one is marketed as a smaller replacement for the older one, nowhere mentioning it's supposed to omit an existing feature.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, when you update the primary email address (alias) to a Microsoft account you are simply replacing the old one. Unfortunately there is no way to actually move the Xbox profile to a new Microsoft account.

Just be aware that replacing the alias will delete the old one and replace it with the new one, in other words if replaced it will delete your dads alias and replace it with the new one.

The gun replaces it self with a various of weapons, it replaces mine with the MP7. I'm sure they will fix this bug as soon as possible though

Yes the account im trying to use owns minecraft and has owned it for almost 3 years and this issue only started happening today as i actively have been playing for the past few days. Its happening on Windows 10 and is only happening with this game. My internet connection is fine and works fine with everything on my pc.
