Microsoft Account problems

Im having problems with Signing in to Xbox live on my Xbox 360

I've añready given all updates to the system

And I type correctly both the Email and The Password

I even reseted the password to have a better chance

And still can't Sign In

I have the Two Way Verification System but i dont know how to use it

How can I solve this problem???

Maybe just a temp glitch in their system? I've never had any problems in the past doing it.

If you have enabled two way verification (which is good) you need to define another password for Xbox360. Visit this page Sign in to your Microsoft account
and under App passwords click Create a new app password and follow the steps. Then when signing in on X360 you need to type this new password. Hope this helps

With Two Step Verification, you would need to create an App Password to sign into your Xbox Live profile on Xbox 360.

You can't. You have to do a password reset on the original account in order to change the account on your Gamertag. What you can do is go to
http://account.live.com/acsr and fill out this form. Keep the number you get once it's been submitted!

You can then take this information to Live support and they can help you get it reset.
