microsoft account password says that it is incorrect when it's not

May I know if you have two steps verification enabled?

If not, could you try set up autheticator and try in that way?

Also, is this happening with Java or Bedrock?
And, did you try using another device to see if there the issue persists?

When you say your not able to connect to your secound account do mean it says incorrect password?

the problem is that it says that my "parent email" password is incorrect. Yet the email that is "attached" is in fact not the email address at all. and when i try to log in with the email you guys says was the parent email it says does not exist with microsoft
account. i spend 4 hours on the phone with support.

I've reset the password countless times, and every time I do it says it's still incorrect. It's not that I don't know the password, it's that even if we reset the password to the account and try to log in with it, it still says it's incorrect. I've tried the link you sent, nothing will work.

That is incorrect DangerousBard. Phone support cannot give a password as they do not have access to them.
