    Microsoft account on Xbox One


    Hi.

    My Microsoft account is on automatic sign in as soos as I switch on my Xbox one. For some funny reason, it will sign out on occasion. My xbox live profile will still be active, but I can't connect to realms or a multiplayer game on Minecraft. It says my Microsoft account is not signed in. I've rebooted my xbox with no success.

    Any advice?

    all microsoft accounts have an xbox live account associated as they are one in the same, the xbox account IS the microsoft account and cannot be seperated.
