Microsoft Account on Xbox.com Thread

Ok, so this thread is about the currency issue which started since the transaction from MSP to local currency! I'm not a whiner, and i have patience but this is a serious issue and we do not have any confirmation that someone, somewhere in this company has
AKNOWLEDGED the issue and is trying to resolve it! It's not something minor, personally i have missed TONS of sales because they are valid for a day only, and i do not have a credit card nor the time to access my xbox!!! I wouldn't complain but it's something
that we had and you took it away....Why take it away in the first place?? So i know that i ask much but i would like someone from the official xbox support to tell me that they know about the issue and they are working on it, because right now not only they
don't, but they imply that it won't be solved at all! Major Nelson was informed about this issue by the community and replied that he will take a look at it and check back, but guess what! That was 3-4 months ago and he never checked back! So tell us that
it won't get fixed or do something!!!

PS. As for the buying gold with ms account thing, i would like to say that indeed, it was never possible on xbox to do so, but the reoccuring payment method explanation is not valid! On PS3 you can buy everything with prepaid cards, even PS+ , and a year ago
they made a site like xbox.com where you can buy everything with prepaid cards just like we did on xbox.com before the transaction!

If so then please post this issue in the Feedback/Whishlist forums. I fully understand that it should be possible, but as far as I know this isn't supported yet, so it isn't a support issue, but more a feedback issue. You can find the Whishlist/Feedback
