Discus and support Microsoft Account on Halo in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I'm really frustrated with Halo Master Chief Collection series.     Microsoft Account on Halo


    I'm really frustrated with Halo Master Chief Collection series. I tried to sign in but it's not letting me change my email address that I inserted wrong. I have clicked the "Typo in your email address, click here." prompt and typed in the right one but it won't let me get past there. I can't salvage it. Please help. It also won't let me go back and sign in with this Microsoft Account that I just made. Help please!

    Select the Start button > Settings > Accounts , then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove. Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you want to play with.

I know how important it is for you to access your account and I really want to help you with that however we at Microsoft Community only have limited tools here. The best option to recover your account is to reach Halo Support as they have advance tools and necessary expertise to provide you options to fix the issue.

    You can try using a different Halo account in submitting your ticket to their support link How to Submit a Halo Support Ticket – Halo Support (halowaypoint.com) or through their Twitter account @HaloSupport.

    Hi there Yodawg welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. So basically you linked the wrong Microsoft account to your Halo account? I suggest contacting Microsoft or 343 Industries to unlink the accounts, as for now there's no option on the Halo settings.

    Bungie was owned by Microsoft for sometime. They created Halo. I assume your son want's to do some Halo related stuff on the site. They tie in his Xbox account to get the status and such from your Halo activity. Your right to question this on most every
    site. In this case your OK.

    my audio drivers are up to date, always have been

    i have tweeted / linked halo support on twitter and got no response a little under a year ago.

    i cannot submit a support ticket on their website, i cant sign in dude. you need to sign in to submit a ticket
