Microsoft Account not showing up in Xbox app

Hello,

I am trying to launch Psychonauts 2 through the Xbox app via Cloud Gaming today after the app for my PC, but I'm running into issues. When I hit the profile/settings button to Sign In to verify my XGPU subscription, it doesn't work and I see the following screen pop up 3 times. Because it doesn't seem to acknowledge my account, I am not able to use Cloud Gaming. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I did try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it still not working.

Hi there Sam welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app?

Hi so I am the family organiser on my Microsoft account and I have my sons account added as a member on Microsoft safety app. Under his account there should be 2 Xbox devices. A Xbox 1 and and a series x Xbox. Neither of the Xbox devices are showing up under his account on family safety even though he is signed into both with his account.

However if he just logs into his Microsoft 365 account both devices show up. They are just not showing up on Microsoft safety app or website

Thank you! Thisis helpful. However, I did as you said and deleted the Xbox from my Microsoft account, but it is still showing when I go to the Xbox App > My Library. It's also showing another Xbox that is not showing up in my Microsoft Devices.

Essentially:

Microsoft.com - Shows 3 Xboxs

Xbox App > My library - Shows 5 Xboxs

I have 2 Xboxs altogether.

It doesn't show up on the Microsoft Store library, but does show up on the Xbox app
