    Do you have to sign up for microsoft rewards or will they just send some extra cash to anyone who purchases from the store? I recently bought a few games and would love a kickback haha.

    What's the incentive for them? If someone is looking to buy Watch Dogs, having them buy a new copy grants them more profit than providing a used copy to sell.

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. The Microsoft account balance is not set up to work with a recurring subscription.

    Good News!

    I purchased a game from the Arcade, (Slenderman is anyone was curious).

    I put the Alan Wake disc into the console and was able to download both DLCs successfully!

    I assume I can chalk this up to being a novice and not knowing I had to have the disk in to download DLCs...

    Sorry to hear it. There doesn't seem to be an issue with the service at the moment. Where did you purchase the currency card from? Was it local or online? If the card is not for the same region that you live in then you would experience issues using
    the currency as it can only be used for the same region that it was intended for (ie. US currency for US purchases, Canadian currency for Canadian purchases, etc).

    If all is correct and you are still having issues then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

    Are you sure that the content you bought deducted the correct amount from your account? It's very unlikely you didn't pay enough for content unless the price wasn't set correctly which is a rare occurrence.
