Microsoft Account Login Error.

So today I was going to sign into my microsoft account through the xbox PC app. But when i typed the email in, it said 'That Microsoft account does not exist'. Which i found strange as i am logged into my pc through my microsoft account. When it said 'That Microsoft account does not exist', it also showed a 'create an account with this email', option. So i clicked on it just to see what it would do and it created an account with that email, even though that email was already in use. Please assist me through this. (Also when i click 'send a code to:' it says 'send a code to: r*****@rambler.ru'. Not an email I am familiar with...)

the procedures like clearing the cache, reinstalling the application, restarting the phone and even resetting the phone have already been done and have not resolved, I need another solution

ok, but the issue is not your migration to Microsoft 365, this is because you migrated your Minecraft account, to a Microsoft account, and the error on the first screenshot is because you are trying to use the Mojang login still instead of the Microsoft login option at the top of that box

I have to full error msg now, I'm able to login to Microsoft on any other device but not PS4 for some reason,

"Oops! Looks like the Microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on the "PlayStation Network"

Please sign in with a Microsoft account that is not already linked on

"PlayStation Network""

Is the error msg, I can't login with another because this is my only Microsoft account and idk how to logout with this one on playstation without knowing where it is logged into.
