Microsoft account locked

So i recently had gotten scammed then i got my account back now my account is locked ! Completly shut out cannot login through an xbox that has had the account on it for 5 plus years ive gone through both stages of recovery called microsoft support he was not very helpful . Ive submitted as much info as i can what can i do ?

Hi,

Sorry about that issue and i can understand your frustation cause i was in the same case few years before for one of my daughters account.

The thing you try is correct but sometimes with many account on a computer is hard for the system ( Microsoft side ) to know which account is locked even if you put the correct email ( example you are on your Windows 10 account but you put all details about
the locked one… Cookies and co are in conflict…). So i suggest you to do what i did in the past :

- Log into Windows 10 with the locked account (its very important)

- Go to > https://support.microsoft.com/help/...nlock-your-microsoft-account-or-outlook-email
follow all steps

You should get an answer within 24-72 hours

It says it’s because I violated Microsoft service agreement? And yes, it is locked
