Microsoft account linkage to ps4

So I have a microsoft account and it says it has already been linked to a ps4 how do I find this and unlink it if it is linked.

Sony's social media and forums would be the best place to find it. It's most likely under some sort of settings under account.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We recommend reaching out to PlayStation support to see which Microsoft account it is linked to. Be wary when unlinking accounts.

Please note that once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.
