microsoft account info/ xbox Account info changing

So my Microsoft account was created by my older bother along time ago when i was a kid but now we are having problems because we both need a Microsoft account for school and many other things, including my Xbox account, what i am getting at is

Is there any way to transfer account information/saved data for Xbox stuff from one Microsoft account to another?

Sorry... I'm afraid it isn't possible to transfer purchases or saved game data between account. You or your brother will need to start from scratch.

Where are you trying to change your information?

If you go to commerce.microsoft.com you can add and remove payment options, change profile info, and manage subscriptions.
