Microsoft Account Identity Stolen

Hello, my Microsoft account has been compromised by a fraudster, the fraudster ultimately wanted access to my Minecraft account, since my Minecraft account was linked to my Microsoft account, the fraudster got access to my Microsoft account too. He created an alias of my original email id, even though I recovered the account through the recovery form the Fraudster had access to it, After fighting multiple times for the account, Microsoft finally suspended my account about 1 month ago, has not been unlocked since. Even after contacting multiple Microsoft authorities no one responded. Also to mention that this account is very precious to me, holds over 5000 hours of playtime and is linked to multiple other third party services, also contains private information. If the Microsoft account gets unlocked again I can possibly try to recover it. How can I recover, secure and gain access to my account again and recover the original email id.
