    Microsoft account hacked.


    I was able to log in to my microsoft account perfectly fine yesterday, but today, I tried to login to my account, and it said, "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." I decided to use the recover your username option to search the aliases with my email, and there were 2 accounts that I didn't recognize, "3b*****@mcmfa.email" and "DA*****@outlook.com" I've tried to reset my password, and it says the same thing.

    Thanks, but that's the problem, my profile logs in, but offline only. If i try to log into xbox live online, it asks for passwords which no longer work. Password recovery and the form asking for email subjects and contacts is a joke, when I only needed the
    email address for my xbox live profile. I've just made another microsoft account, this time without an xbox live profile, just in case somehow microsoft or xbox can move my profile for me.

    I've rang them before and they just pointed me in the direction of the form and password reset pages :-(
