Microsoft account got Hacked

Hi everyone. I'm searching for help. Time ago i opened my Minecraft account and i found that my account was logged out, so i tried to login again because i wanted to play with friends, thing that i did like one week before.
The problem is that the login didn't work, i mean, i tried but instead of logging in my account i created another one. I checked, i don't remember how right now, and i saw that my old account got the e-mail changed with weird letters in the start of the mail. I think i got hacked and i don't know how to get back my account.
The email is changed so i can't use it to recover it, and my phone number too is not linked to that account.
I really don't know what to do, i think i lost Minecraft and Sea of Thieves at the moment and i would like to have them back.

Having said that, unfortunately, from what you said, it's going to be hard to get your account, specially if the hacker turned on 2FA. I'm going to be as blunt as I can, but your account is most likely lost.

Right now the top priority for you should be to contact any payment method that you have linked to your account and let them know what's happening.

After that please go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. When you get linked to a person ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for your lost account

Unfortunately the only possible way to recover your account is by filling the account recovery form. If that is unsuccessful, then you may have to come to terms with that your account may be lost indefinitely.

Thanks for checking. I hate to be a bearer of bad news here but I am afraid that we cannot do much about it anymore if we don't know the current email address of your hacked account.

You may try to contact Microsoft/Xbox support if they could help you finding the account using your gamertag but it's not guaranteed that they can help due to our account safety and security.
