Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker placed his own email instead of mine.

I was playing Minecraft , then a person asked me to join this discord server , I gave it my IGN (In Game Name) username , and my gmail account that is used for my Microsoft account and accidentally gave it the OTP and then the bot sent me a message saying to wait 1-2 minutes.

I am typing this from another Microsoft account.

And after that I find I cannot play Minecraft because the same user was launched from another device.

I tried to log back into my Microsoft account but then I find that the hacker has used his own email and changed the password. I have tried for at least 3 hours already to resolve this situation. But every solution has come to a dead end.

I have tried :

Recovery form (I could not answer the recent emails I sent from the Microsoft account because I do not remember them , I have exclusively used the Microsoft account for playing Minecraft only)

Contacting the Malaysian Microsoft center ( I was met with an automated robot)

I can provide screenshots on my laptop that show I have used this account way before the hacker. I do not have any bank or credit details attached.

I am willing to walk up to a physical Microsoft support center in Negeri Sembilan , Kuala Lumpur , I.C. (Identification Card) , and my laptop with the screenshots in hand to get back my account.

I DO NOT want to go through a forum where the eventual end is back to a Microsoft sign in where I can't even get a security code because the hacker already has setup his/her own email.

I can provide proof of the dates of the emails I received on my Gmail account that date WAY before the hacker's own.

To any Microsoft support staff , I do not want a generic "go to the forums".

I cannot access the account in any way.

I cannot login to the account in any way.

I have still have access to the Minecraft account that the hacked Microsoft account was used to make (I have no idea why he didn't kick me out from there)

I have removed the devices associated to the Gmail account used and reset the password , along with the recovery Gmail [

I can carve out an entire day to go to a Microsoft office in Kuala Lumpur to resolve this.

I can provide more information and detail to the best of my ability and the resources on hand if needed.

I can provide screenshots of the bot and the commands , one of the commands was quarantine which had the description and I quote :
"Keeps logging into an SSID, until the user gets cancer and decides that his account is just lost!"

I have emails dating back to December 2024 Showing I have asked for OTPs.

If all else fails and I cannot recover my account , I would like for the account to be deleted and never to be touched again.

I am willing to go back and forth via Gmail or Call with a Human of the support staff with screenshots proving my ownership of the Microsoft account.

Thanks for replying quickly! How would I navigate the troubleshooter as the account that was compromised still exists but not under an email that I can access?

Also, can the original (compromised) account's email be restored to one that I own instead of one that I cannot access (change the email from the hacker's to mine)?

Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

the hacked manage to delete the email i use for that microsoft account and changed his/her email as primary email,
and also hacker manage to remove my phone number from the account also.

so how can i prove its my account when hacker manage to delete my email use for the microsoft account and change all the my profile info??

<Your account email address must have been replaced. You cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of your account which must be the hacker’s email address to start the account recovery process. Without it, we cannot start the recovery process because it's the primary key of our account.>

I got the hacker's email address and I tried the links added, but without success, getting the response that I have too little information.

The information that I can provide about my hacked account are: former username (email), former phone number and other personal data. I even got some photos that could prove the account is mine.

The hacker also deleted my account information.

Do you think I have any chance to recover my hacked account ?
