Unfortunately in this case, since the system really deleted your account and it thinks it does not exist anymore, there is no way to recover it. I'm really sorry.

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts - specially when they are deleted. You can talk to Microsoft official support but they will tell you the same thing.

And nothing can be transferred between accounts. If you create a new account (even with the same email address), you will not be able to transfer the game ownership to this account.
