Microsoft Account False Compliance Lock

I need help with getting my main account unlocked. I've already filled out the review form and have yet to get any updates. If I can get someone from the Microsoft Online Safety team to contact I can provide the necessary information that my account was falsely locked. I understand that there is a process to these reviews but we can have this corrected in less than 5 minutes if someone could reach out to me.

The following is what appears when trying to login.

Your account has been locked

We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

Unlocking your account

To unlock your account, you'll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we'll get you to the right place.

Edit: I have the reinstate ticket number if needed.

If you have already fill out the needed information you will receive the next step of the process in the contact method you provided, even if you contact support they will request you to do the process as stated on the link, they can't give account access

I completely understand and have received the generic auto reply that The team will reach out to your contact email if any updates are required for this request. However, I find it completely unreasonable that my account that is over a decade old was locked.

I've worked in customer service and understand the amount of requests that they can receive but there has to be a better way at handling an issue like this besides waiting it out for over 24 hours.

If not support, who does have access to account access?

Locked accounts can happen on the oldest accounts as it's not related to how long has the account been active

The ones that have access to account recovery can't be contacted by users, this avoids other issues that can happen, will be necessary to wait the response trough mail

your account is gone dude microsoft is never going to fix this but i’ve heard some people are going to try and lock phil spencer’s xbox account because this method of locking microsoft accounts is so effective the compliance team has to find a way to unlock accounts on their side with 2fa
