Can i change the xbox account to a different Microsoft account without losing the games i dont want the Xbox account to be on my mean Microsoft account for my computer

To resolve this issue, you will need to contact Xbox Support. They will be able to assist you in updating the device ID on your license so that it matches the device ID on your new device.

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

there is no way to transfer the xbox account to another microsoft account, the microsoft account IS the xbox account. the only way to change email address is via alias, but as the account belongs to your dad then you cannot do this, also all the xbox account and games etc are the property of your dad as they are purchased on that account.
