Microsoft account does not link

When you say you bought from the Microsoft Store, do you mean the Windows Store on your PC or

If the latter, the Microsoft Store, and you received a physical copy of the Xbox One game, please note that this does not include Xbox Play Anywhere and disc copies do not allow you to play on Windows 10.
