    I had $6.63 already in my account. Recently i was gifted a $5 card because of the apex season 4 release. I redeemed the code but it shows separately and I cannot access it. I wanna use it all to buy Doom on sale which is currently $9.99 without tax. How can
    i do it?

    Microsoft Account Confusion

    I recommend going to payment and billing, otherwise attempt to purchase Doom again. My Xbox One X glitches my payment balance, sometimes not decreasing or increasing my balance total. My account has the money, regardless what my Xbox One X shows me.

    Other people have posted online, their have been reports of accounts not receiving their $5 gift. If nothing has changed, contact support to clarify if you did receive your $5 previously.

    One detail that confuses me: I have only a rather old hotmail account; nothing else relating to Microsoft. Does this qualify as a "Microsoft account"?

    Previously purchased, and played (for literally 30+ hours) DLC packs locked out of nowhere....

    I have tried:

    Turning my Switch off and on again

    Uninstalling Minecraft and reinstalling

    The purchases aren't showing on my Microsoft account, but I have the emails on the same account I'm logged into....

    I'm confused did Microsoft just straight up lose my purchase history???

    I am devastated and confused and feeling helpless

    Your Microsoft Rewards points can only be used and redeemed for rewards that are available there. They are not to be confused with your Microsoft account balance and cannot be used to make purchases.
