    i have all the requirements met to change my gamertags email address linked to it but i don't believe the mircosoft account change tool works on the xbox 360. ive tried for other 3 months an still get the same error message but no error code. has anyone
    else had this problem?!

    for you and have better tools to resolve this,

    If you're the actual owner of the Xbox Live profile in question, you should just be able to discuss with your brother so he can help you transfer it over, as he should know the password, to your own MSA and get all that straightened out.

    The game is tied to the account that purchased it. However if you are both using the same xbox one console and have it set as your home console, you both can have access to the game to play.
