Microsoft Account BAN Help(URGENT)

Hello, earlier today i had purchased the new Call of Duty Ghosts, from my local gamestop. I brought it home and had played it for a while then out of no where i get a random invitation. I don't remember the gamer-tag but i know he was one of my recent players
or something like that. I had joined and thought it was a regular match, but then i had realized that i was leveling up oddly fast. This was a problem and it had never happened to me before! I had then gotten another kill becuase i did not know at the time
i was in a hacked game, and when i backed out i as rank 60. Depriving me from all the fun i could have experienced over my upcoming spring break! i had sent out to report tickets at the rockstar support website and stated all of my problems, immediately after
it happened. I had later returned to my console after a couple hours of celebrating the holidays to then see that i am banned until 4/1/2014. Please help i did not mean for any of this to happen im just trying to play my new game please HELP!

P.S - Barbie from the TECH Support had asked me to use a different account i owned to report this problem because i cannot access the Xbox Live forums with a banned account.

Acct Banned - questions

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

Strange Ban

Hello,

I have a problem with a ban because when our mates see my profile, they see a ban on my account but me I received no one messages for ban and on the website "Enforcement Xbox" I don't see any ban for my account.

My last ban should have been finish the 4th July 2017 but today (7 July 2017) I'm again ban for nothing.

I need help please its urgent.

first do not post reference numbers they are ONLY for calling back support by phone or chat support 2, as soon as you realized you were in a hacked lobby you should have immediately shut off your system, so since you were suspended for cheating (it was only
a temp one as if you were banned it would be the dreaded 12/31/9999 date). you can post a thread in the suspension and ban section at the bottom of the main support forum but they will probably just tell you that this account was suspended for cheating and
refer you to the TOS (terms of service) or COC (code of conduct) so that does not happen again.
