    Microsoft account balance isn't showing


    I've been trying to use this gift card money for over a year with no use. I bought a gift card for 150,000 pesos but it won't appear the balance on my Xbox, it does howere state that I have the balance in my Microsoft account, the same one I use for my
    Xbox 360, what can I do?

    The only possibility here is that the wrong Microsoft account is signed in on your user which is why the Microsoft balance that is on your Microsoft account isn't showing up.

    Hi Brad,

    Yes we are on xbox one and were trying to purchase Star Wars Battlefront 2. It didn't matter what game I clicked to "buy" on the store on the xbox one it wasn't showing the amount I actually had in my Microsoft account.

    I tried a power cycle and it didn't fix the problem. I ended up logging on and buying it from the Microsoft store using the web and downloading it that way. It is not at all convenient though and the problem should be looked into.

    Hi,

    No I didn't see an error message it just didn't let me buy it because it was showing I didn't have enough funds in the store on xbox one. But when I went into my account settings the money was there. I ended up buying it on the web through the Microsoft
    website so obviously the funds were there. For some reason the xbox one store is not linking and updating the account properly.

    Xbox Purchase History     to help see if funds are in the account.
