Microsoft account and WIN 8 Phone.

So to sum up the problem I am currently having, in simple words;

I've had a XBOX console for a while now and my account has so far worked brilliantly. Although the email which was used to create my first account is very old and I am barely using it as we speak.

Only recently I've got my first Windows Phone and registered under a new email which I now frequently use. The problem is that I can't seem to change the email for my gamertag (XBOX) to the one I am using now on my phone so the account can work properly
on both console and phone.

Additionally, when I attempt to change the email manually from my console, it gives me notice that the email I would like to switch to has already a gamertag associated with it, in fact the one I am using to create this topic with.

If you could throw out any solutions for my problem, I'd be more than obliged as I am currently a little bothered with this situation.

Missing Win Phone 8 music in Music App in Win 8

Hi,

I am a Xbox Music Pass subscriber and downloaded the album "This is War" by 30 Seconds to Mars on my Nokia Lumia 920. I then connected my Lumia 920 to my desktop PC (Windows 8 Pro) and saved the music to the My Music folder. The problem is that when I go
into the Music app on my PC, I do not see the artist or album listed. I have gone into the Charms > Settings > Preferences and set all of the options to On. The music is there in My Music in Windows Explorer. To make matters worse, it looks like all of the
other music previously saved to the PC shows in the Music app but none of the artists that begin with a number like 10,000 Maniacs show there. Help!

yea but I hate windows 8 and win phone 8 so no if it was on xbox i'd get it.

 

The email on your phone has created a new Xbox GamerTag, which is why you cannot put the console's GT on the phone's email address. As this is what you want to do, you will want to move the phone's GT onto a third email address, then you will be able to
move the console's GT onto the phone's email.

Note: for security reasons there will be a 30-day waiting period between some of these steps.

For the purpose of clarification: the Microsoft Account is the email address you use for the Xbox Live profile.
