    Microsoft Account Activity Reporting


    How can my son's account show way more time posted on a day than his screen time limits allow? Also, for instance, today I took it away, unplugged it from the wall and took with me to work so he hasn't been on it at all but his account activity reporting
    shows 5hr 37 min for today. How is that possible?

    Could he be logged in on another console maybe? The screen time is for his account, not the console.

    Are you allowed to use the console at all such as for netflix or anything else with the screen time limits on or does that completely make the console useless? Could he be accessing his account on his phone?

    Aren't parental controls pretty good right now? You ought to be able to programme the Xbox to allow him to play for a certain amount of time or on certain days. But, if you have agreed days to play, physically removing the Xbox inbetween seems like
    an easier option.
    The point is he's saying that the report is wrong and has him logged as playing when he wasn't
