    Microsoft accidentally suspended my account permanently, what to do??


    What to do when an account is suspended permanently? I already went through my Microsoft and they are saying they can't do anything about it. Also what to do with an account that was hacked and you need to transfer previous purchases to new account?

    There's no reason to keep your hacked account on your console!

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    My boyfriend got a permanent suspended said he was cheating and talking nasty to people and he wasn't its not right that they permanently suspended your account

    My account too got hacked and they permanently suspended the account. Now when I ask Microsoft to transfer my purchases (for which I have the invoices) they are not ready to do it. Any success in getting the purchases back, please advise.
