    Microsoft acc already connected to another psn acc


    I’m trying to connect my microsoft acc to my psn but i get a message saying that is already connected to another psn acc which can’t be becuse i’ve never connected it to any.

    i’ve tried reaching to mojang, but they told me to ask playstation for help, playstation said to ask mojang and i just feel like everyone is throwing the ball to the other company and i’m not getting any help.

    After trying to connect for a whole day, i tried to connect with my husband’s acc and it worked! So my question is what is wrong with MY acc? I can connect with my acc in the browser and xbox phone app but not on the play station.

    I really need help. Play station won’t refund the game and mojan will wash hits hands and not help me.
