Microsoft $3 giftcard balance not showing up in game

I play Disney Magical Kingdoms and I just redeemed my points for a Microsoft $3 gift card and it's not showing up in the game. My only $2.01 remaining balance is but my Microsoft account will say I have $5.01 remaining balance. Help please.

I have tried restarting the game and the balance is not syncing with the game.

And there is no category for games from Microsoft shop so I was forced to pick this category.

Hi there,

you will need to speak to xbox support around this issue, I have linked the troubleshooting guide below, but on the right side of the screen is a green box saying contact us and you can request either a phone call or online chat which will then help you
sort your issues out!

Not at all, you will just add an Xbox Gift Card/Microsoft balance to check if that will work and then you can use it another time when you wanted to buy Robux.

Thank you for checking, to use your Microsoft balance, have you tried to add an Xbox Gift Card directly whenever you're attempting to buy a Robux?
