Microsoft - $10 Xbox Gift Card (3-Pack) Invalid!

I purchased a Microsoft - $10 Xbox Gift Card (3-Pack) from CVS. 1 card worked. The other 2 were invalid. They were entered correctly, checked and double checked multiple times by multiple people. Why would this be happening?

Haven't received my $10 Gift card from two purchases I made on the Microsoft Store.

I bought both Fifa 17 and Forza Horizon 3 on the Microsoft Store and was supposed to receive two $10 gift cards through email within 10 days of the games release. It is now past those 10 days and I still havent received any email with gift card codes
in them.

I've done really well lately, I got £50 XBOX Gift Card from Currys for £10, a £10 XBOX Gift Card from Argos (had a gift voucher that I forgot about and was about to expire!) and a £20 XBOX Gift card, again from Argos as I had a Nectar pamphlet in the post, telling me I had £21 to spend!

So £80 of XBL credit for a £10 spend. :thumbsup:

 

is there any error codes when you try to enter it on xbox.com?

No error codes. It just says this code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code.

No, I don't have a receipt, and there is no proof that its not a used card (as far as they can tell)

I got the second card to work last night. It may have been a typing error, the G's and 6's look similar. In any case, I get a new message with the last card.

so usally ppc are 25 digits long that ppc that you have on there don't look right what I would also try calling into xbox support so they can look up your code and give your a lil more advise.

 

that's not the code on the card, that's the code that it gave me when I tried to enter it on xbox.com.

Yeah, they said the retailer had to activate it. Ill have to go back in but I know they wont do it. It was part of the three pack, and 2 worked. They just had to activate the pack they were in as far as I know. Why would 2 be activated, and not the last
one?

 

I dont know a glitch maybe? it should have do it the first time. well you can say that the first two worked but the last one needs to be activated so they may do it just because of the first one.

 

Try to to enter it on xbox.com it always works on there for me.

 

@ brian, he did enter it on xbox.com, yes it does work better for me on xbox.com also
