    I have recently purchased a new PC gaming machine and was offered a Microsoft game pass for an initial amount of $1/month and then $15.95 monthly thereafter. I just checked my credit card and found that there was a charge of $15.95 and it is not $1 as it claimed. I think I have been CONNed by Microsoft. Could someone help me with this $1 free game pass that is not free at all?

    just tio be sure, how long have you had your account with Microsoft. If you set up and the accountvhas run more than 30days and you then decided to use the $1 dollar treat. it may have expired as your acciunt has run for a month.

    However, you can go to Xbox support and check with them about this issue. It may be that you did something wrong on your end and it didn't give you the 1 month free. I would check the date started of your account first then proceeed to ask Xbox for help solving this dilema.

    Yes, "Is the charge for the $15.95 showing on your Microsoft account payments?". It is also shown on my credit card.

    I am not happy about this. Not sure what to do. I did not expect Microsoft would charge me without letting me know about the $15.95. I am really upset about this with Microsoft.

    I am very new to this. My email account has just been created for this purpose, so there is no record whatsoever being a member before..

    No, I have never been a member before. Now, I am also having problems with my game controller, not sure which button to hit to kill the enemy.

    What's next. I have never been a member before. This is a trick used by Microsoft to lure people into their money making scheme and I don't like it.

    This is not a trick. I myself used the trial period from Game Pass Ultimate just fine and never got billed before the trial period ended.
