    Please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds. This clears cache and may fix the problem.

    Also, check here for any outages:
    http://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    If you want, you can try a factory reset keeping games and apps if this will not fix itself:

    Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".
