Microsof Jigsaw Premium

I can no longer access Microsoft Jigsaw and As a premium member this is a problem. Please address the issue for us as it seems many users are also having an issue. The games tries to load but it says the in app game purchasse is no longer available.
I tried the suggested fix for the pproblem and uninstalled and re installed the game several times but the issue remains a problem. I have written several times to try to get an answer but there is no one answering the questions posed by game users.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to go on the
Microsoft casual games community.
Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
support sitefor the casual games you can look over also.

This week, in Microsoft Jigsaw, I've lost access to all my previously purchased Jigsaw Classic Games. How do I restore them? I am a Premium Member.

As per the Store page; https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/microsof..., Microsoft Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe is also playable on PC so you should be able to download and play it on your computer.

I'm now in the same boat. I purchased the premium Jigsaw features a week ago, and today my premium features disappeared. Will try my luck with support and see what happens.
