    Microsof Flight Simulator 2020 Installation Error


    So I have just brought the Standard version of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and I keep trying to download it using the disc version but whenever I get to Disc 5 in the middle of it downloading a pop up comes up saying Cyclic Redundancy Error. Its only has a button that says ''OK'' and whenever you press it the download stops and the download app turns off and I have to insert Disc 1 and I have to start again and all my progress restarts. I have tried 3 times and the same thing keeps happening so I thought it must be Disc 5 that has the issue but when I got a replacement one today I started downloading it and when I got to Disc 5 the same thing happens and Cyclic Redundancy Error comes up. If anyone knows the fix to my problem please tell me. Also I am using an external DVD player to download it but I know that it has no issue as I have downloaded many games on it previously and it nothing comes up. I thought it may be the DVD player so I got a replacement but the same thing comes up so does anyone know the fix to my problem?

    I highly recommend checking the following link, and making sure you are following the steps mentioned: Download & Installation guides – Microsoft Flight Simulator Support (zendesk.com)

    In a section of the article, it is stated that "Note: Microsoft collaborated with Aerosoft to propose the physical retail disc version of Microsoft Flight Simulator. For assistance with the retail disc version, please contact Aerosoft support directly."; Therefore, do not hesitate to Submit a request – Microsoft Flight Simulator Support (zendesk.com) since you have already got a replacement but you still got the same error.
