    It would seem that I am not the only one experiencing frustrating difficulties downloading paid for jigsaws. For some days now and many attempts at downloading jigsaws both free and paid for I have had no luck. There is something very wrong going on back
    at the ranch Mr Microsoft, I suggest you get it sorted asap.

    Problems with loading jigsaws continues: the Magic Jigsaw app allows you only to download it or pay to disable ads. Re-booting the computer only helps on occasions. Should this continue, I'll be opting out of jigsaws.

    Have a problem with the jigsaws this morning... all because of the magic jigsaw advertising, which gives only two options: download the app or pay to disable ads. I want neither option, just to dismiss the ads and complete the puzzles.

    You have to purchase it through the Microsodt Store so the program can track the purchase.

    Lastly, if you did go through chat support, and are speaking to an Xbox gamer. Please ask to be rerouted because it is a service charge and you need to contact Microsodt for. They should reroute you.

    Are you from Microsodt tecnical expertise? If yes, This is not an answer to appreciate from Microsoft technical expertise, Edge browser use to work & play videos earlier.& not working now might be due to software issue after the upgrade. Please guide with
